Becoming a Friend of Scouting in Europe
We would love you to join over 750 others as a Friend of Scouting in Europe.
We recognize that people have different preferences and abilities to contribute yet have a passion to support Scouting. For that reason, there are annual, once-off, ad hoc, and young supporter options for generous individuals and groups.
Becoming a Friend of Scouting in Europe means:
- Committing to the development of Scouting in Europe, with an emphasis on projects in Central and Eastern Europe, having a powerful impact on grassroots Scouting.
- Having access to an international network of like-minded people who share a common purpose
- Supporting vital projects that have a direct impact on the delivery of Scouting, supporting causes that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives
- Receiving regular updates on the impact of your support
- Receiving invites to networking events and gatherings
- Having the opportunity to be an ambassador for the ESF’s impact, sharing good news outcomes with potential new Friends of Scouting in Europe to multiply the impact on Europe’s youth.

- Your official FOSE pin and certificate to welcome you to the global network
- Email updates and invites to webinars for FOSEs so that you can hear from the ESF’s volunteer-led Board on project progress and the strategic direction of the ESF
- Invites to FOSE tours, and receptions at WOSM conferences

Other opportunities to support
- Groups of people may also come together to become Friends of Scouting in Europe – Local Scout Groups, Regions and even National Scout Organisations may wish to show their commitment to these vital projects
- It is also possible to donate on behalf of another person to allow them to become a Friend of Scouting in Europe. This may be a thoughtful gift on a birthday or to mark a milestone in their Scouting.
- Occasionally there are opportunities to contribute to specific projects, these will be highlighted on our social media.
