Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community? Do you believe in empowering young people to create a better world? If so, the European Scout Foundation is looking for YOU! 
We’re searching for dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors, bringing fresh ideas and leadership to help steer our mission forward. As a Board member, you will:
- Guide the Foundation’s strategy to support and fund initiatives that empower young people across Europe.
- Collaborate with fellow Board members, partners, and stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of the Scout movement.
- Oversee fundraising efforts and ensure the financial sustainability of the Foundation.
- Promote the values and vision of the European Scout Foundation at local, national, and international levels.
When considering candidates for this position, we will take into account the following:
- Influence within their local and national communities;
- Commitment to scouting;
- Relevant knowledge and skills (as outlined in the job description);
- Connections with key individuals in their country and at the European level;
- Willingness to take initiative and engage with donors;
